  Sorry po sa istorbo. Can I stay anonymous? Need someone to enlighten me. HOW DO WE FORGIVE? HOW CAN I FORGET AND HOW CAN I TRUST AGAIN? Nahuli ko po exchange of messages ng wife ko with another guy with sexual contents. There were messages na nagkikta sila. Last messages I saw ay umiiwas na wife ko but the guy still insist. I confronted her, she cried and was sorry. I forgave her because I love her so much. Three months has passed I still get paranoid. Magtatanong ako sa kanya regarding what happened. We end up arguing. I feel her sincerity to change. Pero paano ko gagamutin sarili ko? Grabe sakit kapag naaalala ko. HOW DO I FORGIVE, FORGET AND TRUST HER AGAIN?? ANONYMOUS PLEASE.

  I wish I can prescribe a drug to help you feel numb and to help you forget and get healed. But  I don’t know of any.

  She cheated on you even if she says na walang nangyari hindi umabot doon. Fact is, she entertained another guy.

  She is sorry for what she did, that’s good. But you’re paranoid. And it’s because of what she did.

  No one can blame you for being paranoid. For feeling the pain over and over again. But if you want your marriage to really recover from this, I suggest you both see a marriage counselor who can help both of you thresh out this issue.

  If she is trying her best, if you feel her sincerity, give her another chance and take her words for all that’s it worth.

  If she does it again, LEAVE and take your kids with you. Unless ang ulo mo ang masira at mawala pati respeto mo sa sarili mo.

  Maybe this is also a wake up a call for you. Maybe you also need to shape up and give her more time? I don’t know but this experience is trying to teach you both something. Dito mo rin masusukat gaano mo nga ba kamahal ang asawa mo at hanggang saan mo siya kayang patawarin. Once and for all, talk to her. Heart to heart. Cry if you want to and after decide to move on both from this if you want to save your marriage. Acknowledge your faults and move on.
