  Singer-songwriter Mark Carpio is known to be a man of many talents – from a well-known real estate agent, to an Ateneo MBA graduate and now to a singer-songwriter.

  Last year he released his first album with 8 tracks, all composed and sung by him. Mark waited for 17 years for this opportunity after spending most of his life learning the ropes of real estate from his father.

  After releasing his songs “Hiling” at “Kay Tagal,” he is now promoting his single “Ako na Lang Sana.”
