365 Live: Moonstar88

• OPM altpop band Moonstar88 visited 365 Live to promote their latest single ‘Sorry.’

  One of the most loved, influential, and multi-awarded Philippine rock alternative pop band formed in February of 1999, Moonstar88 found their humble beginnings touring Manila’s club circuit and cafes and a favorite live act for colleges and universities as collegiate students themselves coming from different bands.

  Moonstar88 is known for their bittersweet, heartbreak music highlighting very personal lyrics with rock, alternative sound and Maysh’s saccharine vocals.

  Moonstar88 continues to tour the country performing their hits, classic and new with the longstanding line up of Maysh, Herbert, and Bon joined by legend, Buddy Zabala on bass in 2016 (replacing Paolo Bernaldo).
