4 Times you asked for mama’s help

  Admit it, you will never know what to do with life without mama.

  “Ma, pahinging pera.”

  And even if you have graduated and you’re earning your own money, when tight moments come, mom still got your back. She will just give you a little sermon, but she knows that it’s a part of adult-ing. And the best part is you can always pay when you are able. Sometimes even if you’re already able, the fact that you are your mom’s child is a reason for you not  to pay her back. Hehehe!

  “Ma, pa’no nga magluto ng ano ?”

  She’s the queen of your kitchen at home and when you have your own kitchen, even if you own every corner of it, you still need her there. Everything you know in the kitchen is from her. So, whatever touches your taste buds remind you of her.

  “Ma, nakita mo ba ‘yung ano”

  And it’s true that if mom can’t see it, it’s forever gone! It’s so amazing how moms can find whatever’s missing. Even if she doesn’t know what it is, your brief description about it will suffice. Like “Yung headband kong ano na brown…” and viola, she’ll have it after quiet moments of searching.

  “Ma, ang sakit ng ano ko.”

  If she can take away whatever or ‘whoever’ is hurting you, for sure she will. She got all the remedies in the world. Remedies she got from her mom, from YouTube, from Facebook. And you are her guinea pig to prove that it’s working or not. However, there are pains in life that she can’t take away and she really must let you experience it. Like, heartbreaks. She’d want to take that for you without a blink. When she can’t give you the remedy for that broken heart, her warm embrace will make your heart whole again little by little.
