Yes! You read it right! Because this time, ice cream lovers and coffee lovers might unite themselves for this.
Have you heard of something like an ice cream made from a cold-brewed coffee?
In an ice cream parlor somewhere in Metro Manila called Sebastian’s, there is a treat called “Buzz Balls.”
It is an ice cream truffles that are made form Sagada beans and cold brewed in a span of 24 hours. It is served and hand-dipped in mocha chocolate.
So, can imagine the taste? Then, come and taste to realize that coffee and ice cream go well together!
