• What benefits matters most in every generation? Are work benefits important when looking for a job?

  In this episode of Coffee Break, DJs Chloe and Shai talked about the employee benefits that companies may or may not have. Shai said that there are established companies that have little benefits for their employees but there are also some start ups that offers a lot of benefits. But for Chloe, she would rather choose an established company versus start ups because you’ll never know if the start up will last long.

  Shai also added that some companies allow their employees to buy stocks, some are given 14th month pay, and extra vacation days.

  For Chloe, if she is to choose three employee benefits, it would be: Medical, life insurance, and housing. Meanwhile, Shai mentioned also medical and a good retirement plan.

  The two agreed that good benefits make the employees stay to the company for a long time.
