BEY talks about uncertainty in relationship in new song ‘Dahilan’

• Fast-rising and Los Angeles based singer BEY guested on Easy Rock Plugged In!

  DJ Nick and BEY talked about how the singer started her musical career. The singer shared that she was discovered by Darwin Hernandez of Soupstar when he saw a video of BEY singing Moira’s ‘Ikaw at Ako.’ Since then, Darwin and Eunice of Gracenote collaborates with BEY.

  ‘Dahilan’ is BEY’s first tagalog song that follows the success of CLOY inspired song ‘Crash Landing.’ This piano-driven ballad explores the feeling of uncertainty from a seemingly bleak relationship. Something’s changed, but you can’t figure out the very reason why.

  The two also played a game of Song Association. BEY sang a bit of Pharell Williams’ ‘Happy,’ Zack Tabudlo’s hit ‘Binibini,’ and a few more.

  The singer also performed an acapella of her song ‘Dahilan.’
