• VER5US, the P-pop boy group, openly shares their individual experiences and recent happenings within the group.

  One notable moment for Gab was when his TikTok dance went viral during the “Big Bank Dance Challenge” in 2020, catching the attention of renowned TikToker Charli D’Amelio, who recognized and performed his choreography. Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, Gab, who is part of a professional dance team, found solace in TikTok, showcasing his talent.

  Ken, originally from Pampanga, Philippines, possesses a unique skill. Fluent in Japanese, he effortlessly understands Japanese films and anime without relying on subtitles, showcasing his multicultural skill.

  Joe, while mentoring his groupmates in singing, finds it easy due to their background in singing. The only challenge he encounters is teaching them harmony, as they work together to refine their vocal abilities.

  Kheene humorously reflects on his emotional journey, revealing that there was a time when he considered giving up after facing rejection in various contests. Fortunately, VER5US became his last chance, leading to his long-awaited breakthrough as a member of a P-pop group.

  As the youngest member, Josh does not feel like the “baby” of the group, as they treat each other with equality and respect. Additionally, he takes on the role of lead rapper, expressing his joy in being able to fully showcase his origins and bring out his confidence within the group dynamic.

  VER5US is a P-pop (Pinoy pop) boy group consisting of five members: Gab, Ken, Josh, Kheene, and Joe. The group was formed to participate in the talent reality competition ‘Popinoy’ back in 2021, which they won and emerged as the Grand Winner. Since then, they have captured the hearts of fans with their original compositions and high-energy performances, earning them a loyal following and recognition from different award-giving bodies as the “Most Promising P-pop Group of the Year.”
