4 Workplace Munchies You Must Always Have

Whether you are working in a corporate world, or freelance, or always out in the field, there are moments when you feel the exhaustion of your work load. For office peeps, routine work can make you bored and unfulfilled. And for those who are always out, the noise and the toxic environment can give you stress.
In moments when you can no longer take things, one of your best partners is food.
However, bringing food in your work place is hustle. So we have a list of the possible munchies you can bring in the office.
1.Nuts
Besides the fact that nuts can stimulate your brain cells, nuts are very portable. You don’t have to exert much effort to eat them. We suggest that you have a little jar on your table with unsalted nuts, pecans, walnuts so that when exhaustion sinks you have something to nibble.
2. Chocolates / Anything Sweet
Sometimes sugar rush is needed in work. When energy is low and when happy hormones are gone let your chocolates save the day. To some, chocolates are their brain boosters. Sweets can make them think well. Put them also in a jar and place them on your table, make them good for sharing. We suggest that you put colorful sweets on your working area so you can have something colorful to look at. It helps in making your aura bright and cheerful. This is mostly helpful to office peeps.
3. Biscuits / Cookies
This is recommended for those who go on overtime and do rush works. Just in case your tummy rages because of hunger you, have something to munch on. Don’t be hard on yourself just because of work.
4. Water
Whatever happens, don’t let the day pass without drinking water. Less water causes your brain to function less. When you feel the tiredness crawling in or your are burnt out, drink water. Sometimes it just takes a glass to activate your energy for work again.
