    Is stress-eating okay?

While it may be tempting to eat your way out of stress, you must take into account that this only brings temporary comfort and can really be unhealthy in the long-run. Guilt, nausea, and weight-related health problems could arise if it becomes a habit. Instead of increasing your food intake, choose the proper and helpful food. Or better yet, find more fulfilling and healthier ways to feed your feelings.
