    Summer is here and we all know that it’s extremely hot! We have to take extra precautions because the weather can affect our health. Especially for the yuppies who are always out and commuting, keeping yourself hydrated and cool is a must. That’s why bringing your own water everywhere is super, duper, recommended.

    However, water, sometimes, can be boring. Now that it’s too warm, we’re craving for refreshing beverages to keep us chill and prevent us from being uneasy.

    You can grab canned fruit juices but we are sure that having fresh fruits will not only help you get the refreshing feels but a healthy body.

    So here are the list of fruits with high water content which will keep you hydrated while Mr. Sun’s shinning bright!
