25 cups of coffee per day, still safe?

Coffee lover? Are you drinking coffee everyday? In the morning, high noon, in the afternoon and even before bed time? Does it seem that you cannot live without your favorite coffee? Well, this newest study will help you to brighten your day!
On previous studies made, there are mixed results and messages that coffee can improve your health or in the other hand, other studies suggests that an individual should cut down his consumption of coffee.
The newest study funded by the British Heart Foundation was focused on the consumption of coffee by certain individual who served as sample to their study. The study made to approximately 8,000 people across the United Kingdom states that even a single person consumes up to 25 cups of coffee per day is not bad for the heart, not merely a factor of stiffening arteries.
“What we found was that drinking more than three cups of coffee a day did not significantly increase the stiffness of blood vessels compared to people who drink one cup or less a day,” said Dr. Kenneth Fung who led the data analysis at the Queen Mary University of London.
“The main message for people to take away from this is that coffee can be enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle, and coffee lovers can be reassured by this result in terms of blood vessel stiffness outcomes” he added.
But wait! There’s more! Though the study affirms that some of the participants took 25 cups of coffee, the average still plays up to five cups per day. “We’re not telling people to drink 25 cups a day per se. If anything, if you drink within recommended guidelines, then we don’t expect to see an increase in arterial stiffness compared with those who drink one cup or less a day,” the doctor exclaimed.
However, it is also mentioned that certain factors are always been part on how our health condition responds such as coffee drinkers who happens to smoke and consume alcohol regular. It is common sensical that it will bear much effects to our body, most especially to the heart.
So, want some 25 cups daily? As an alcoholic drink ad saying goes: drink moderately!
