Who doesn’t love desserts? Especially after an oh-so good meal, who wouldn’t want to grab something sweet and get a burp with a smile. But sometimes desserts are too time consuming and for yuppies it’s not practical to always buy your sweets.

So here’s three recipes for lazy dessert lovers!

    1. NUTELLA RAVIOLI

Instead of your usual ravioli with red sauce or whatever you want, enjoy it with Nutella.

    INGREDIENTS:

    1⁄2 cup Nutella

16 wonton skins (aka siomai wrapper)

1 banana, sliced into 15 thin rounds

Olive oil or nonstick cooking spray

First, preheat the oven to 375°F. Place 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of a wonton skin, top it with a banana slice and fold it to make a triangle shape. Press the edges to seal. Place your ravioli in a baking tray sprayed or brushed with olive oil.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until brown. Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar if you want and serve it on an iFlix kind of Friday night. ;)

    2. 60-SECOND CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

    INGREDIENTS:

    1 egg

    1/4 cup powdered sugar

1-2 tbsp. cocoa powder (depending on how chocolatey you want your cake)

Whisk all the ingredients in a standard mug until it is well blended. Microwave it for 50-60 seconds until the cake is through. Top it with your choice! But chocolate ice cream will be perfect! This is perfect for a chit-chat after lunch. :)

    3. S’MORES GRILLED SANDWICH

    INGREDIENTS:

    1⁄2 tablespoon butter

    1 tablespoon Nutella

    Pound cake (2 slices)

    1 tablespoon Marshmallow Fluff

    Sea salt

Melt butter in a nonstick grill pan over medium-low heat. In a slice of pound cake spread Nutella. On the second slice of pound cake spread marshmallow fluff. Sprinkle sea salt. Sandwich the cake slices together and put it on a hot buttered pan. Cook each side for 2 minutes. Serve it immediately after a Chinese dinner!
