Work can be so demanding and traffic can be so hassle that we choose to leave breakfast behind than get in the office late.

But breakfasts are important. So for yuppies, here’s your easy grabs if it’s a morning rush.

    1. Pandesal

You can just grab it and eat it while you’re on your way to the office. No hassle.

But if you’re the kind who like fillings in their bread, we still recommend pandesal for grabs. Making a sandwich is time consuming because the bread is bigger and you have wider space to spread on.

    2. Coffee

If you have a hot-drink-friendly tumbler, pour in your freshly brewed coffee and drink it while you’re travelling to office. Just be sure that your tumbler has a good seal so it won’t spill on your clothes and you won’t get burns.

    3. Energy Bars

Pinoys are not really used on eating energy bars on breakfast because we’re heavy eaters. We believe that breakfasts are important. But life progresses and people are becoming more busy these days, so we choose less hassle grabs.

Energy bars are fine for those who are always on the field. Those who travel all day and roam around the city. These bars can help for the energy they need until lunch time.

Perfect for those who do productions, and for those who are always attending meetings outside the office. Energy bars can be of help when you’re running late.

    4. Cereal Drinks

If you think coffee won’t suffice for the morning, you can always have a cereal drink. Just have it in your tumbler and you are good to go for the day!

It’s having cereal and milk without using a spoon and bowl.

    5. Bakery Breads

The Pinoy bakers have invented various kind of breads that we have grown up with. Examples of it are spanish bread, pan de coco, putok (and you don’t know why it’s called like that), ensaymada, kababayan, monay, and anything that you can buy in the local bakery. These breads will help you get through the morning rush.

    6. Apples or Bananas

Since apples and bananas are few of the easy-to-eat fruits, maybe you can have them for breakfast when you’re in a hurry. Plus, they’re healthy which is a good start for your tummy.
