  This Filipino Pop-Up food business is taking the New York City by storm! Recently, they went viral for their humble business and got featured in different online magazines for such witty idea for a business in a foreign country.

  So Sarap is established by highschool buddies Virgilio Jr. Navarro and Sebastien Shan. The founders started the business because they wanted to introduce the flavor of the local street food delicacy to the New Yorkers.

  Originally, they planned on roaming around the city but ended up starting in front of a Filipino restaurant owned by a friend called Kabisera Café in Allen Street, New York. Then after that, the rest is history.

  They offer fishballs, squidballs, kikiam, kwek kwek, tokneneng, taho, balut, penoy, dirty ice cream, and all the other Filipino street foods which are by the way loved by the New Yorkers!

  Aside from the unique food that they are selling, they also got the attention of everyone with their creative photos online. Wouldn’t you feel proud to see Pinoy vendors roaming around the streets of New York?

  They were not only able to offer new taste to the New Yorkers, but they were also able to bring back so much good memories to Filipinos who migrated in the US already.
