Known for its good music jam and Eric Clapton’s guitar, Hard Rock Cafe grills international flavors for their new Smoke, Fire & Spice menu! But here’s the catch, you have to go there as soon as possible because this menu is available for a limited time only.

    FAJITA-STYLE

Hard Rock’s limited-time menu follows today’s creative food trend which are with robust, ethnic ingredients from places like Africa and East Asia. This is the chance for foodies to experience different seasonings and spices.

Specialty rubs, seasonings, and sauces are developed inside their kitchen to pair with your choice of chicken, beef, shrimp, and pork. And you’ll never get enough of it because it is served with naan/tortilla, marinated salad mix, grilled vegetables, mixed cheeses, and complimentary dipping sauces! Heavy!!!

Served in fajita style, the menu includes these flavors…

    • CHARMOULA (North Africa) – a mix of parsley, cilantro, fresh garlic, paprika, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, and lemon juice. This one offers a rich herby and spicy flavor inspired by North Africa.

    • CHIMICHURRI (Latin America) – mix of parsley, cilantro, basil, garlic, and black pepper.
    • SATAY ( Thailand) – fresh peanut and soy sauce mix, a fusion of Malaysia and Thailand flavors.
    • PIRI PIRI (South Africa) – a scorching mix of chili peppers.
    • CHAR SIU (China) – sweet mix of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, star anise, ginger and Chinese five spice.

    FAJITA-STYLE

Hard Rock will serve you the same kind of food–tortilla, mixed veggies, and kebab. But you actually came to Makati to get a taste of their flavorful sauces and seasonings.

We just love how these spices, herbs, and flavors compliment the Mediterranean food. We recommend this menu to those who are into kebabs and flavorings. You’ll surely enjoy these set of seasons from all over the world.

Hard Rock Cafe’s Smoke, Fire, and Spice menu is a thumbs up for the #foodies!
