When someone suffers from a heart break, he/ she tend to feel loneliness deep within minds and hearts.
Obviously, whenever heart break comes in, it brings more stress everyday. People are not eager to go to office and accomplish their jobs. Poor eating habits becomes more evident. Sometimes, in order to forget everything, most especially the things that have been shared mutually, alcoholic drinks become the number one partner. Because of unjustifiable reasons, broken hearted people become more emotional and intense emotions are being apparent. And all of these can lead to depression.
According to Harvard School of Medicine, given the people’s never-ending workload, it’s a wonder it performs so well, for so long, for so many. But our own hearts can also fail, brought down by a poor diet and lack of exercise, smoking, infection, unlucky genes, and more.
That’s we have here some good food for your broken heart:

But your sweet moments to keep your heart healthy must be always present! Fruits like avocado, apple and blueberries can help in taking care of your broken heart.
“An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” An apple a day may not bring the doctor away but it’s a healthy option anyway. Apples contain a good amount of potassium, which can be beneficial for those who are watching their blood pressure. According to Daniel Pendick, there is good data to show that the soluble fiber in apples can help prevent cholesterol from building up on artery walls.
Avocados are one of the few fruits that contain healthy unsaturated fats. Unsaturated fats help lower the undesirable cholesterol when eaten in place of saturated of saturated fats. Avocados provide nutrients which are considered as heart-healthy. It includes vitamin E, vitamin K and potassium.
“The sooner people start the type of diet that includes a higher intake of blueberries and strawberries, the better,” Dr. Eric Rimm said. In his study, he states that those who ate the most were 34% less likely to have suffered a heart attack than were women who ate the least of these fruits.

According to Dr. Frank Hu, grains must work in concert in order to confer benefits. “These nutrients and compounds have a wide range of health benefits, such as lowering blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood cholesterol and reducing chronic inflammation,” he explained.
Grains are rich in fibers. Fibers move through the digestive system, absorbing water and helping the body eliminate food waste more quickly. Fibers prevent the risks of having heart diseases through its ability to lower blood sugar, cholesterol and blood sugar.
