  Lumpiang Shanghai is a Chinese dish of origin, but despite its name, this dish does not originate in Shanghai China. As a reputable Filipino food, there are endless reasons why Filipinos love this delectable food. The beauty of lumpia is that no single recipe is correct. You can cook it based on your preference of ingredients and spices. It is a cooking adventure when you make this food. It depends on how you prepare, make, and cook it.
