5 Things you should stop doing

  • Your habits define you. And sometimes we are unaware that the habits we have are not healthy for ourselves anymore. So maybe, you can assess these habits and free yourself from all these things that make you less confident, or things that keeps you from unveiling your best version.

    1. OVERTHINKING – this habit will destroy you and your thoughts. You’ll become less confident because of your thoughts and how you think people see you. Remember, what they think of you is none of your business. What you think of yourself is you major business.

    2. PUTTING YOURSELF DOWN – remember, you are your first cheerleader. So stop being unkind to yourself. Before the world believes you, believe in yourself first.

    3. LIVING IN THE PAST – you are not defined by the things you did or your ways before. What matters is your present, stick with it. The past will stay in the past and it can’t do anything with your present. All you have to do is face each day and don’t repeat the same mistakes.

    4. FEARING CHANGE – fearing change is fearing growth.

    5. TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYONE – you don’t need everyone’s approval. You don’t need everyone’s approval to be the best version of yourself.
