  There is no categorization for this type of kiss. It’s the most common and it can be between friends, family, couple, exclusively dating people, etc. Cheek kiss only depicts that you are fond of someone. You like them and you appreciate them.   Girls love this because they see this kind of kisses being given by their father to their mother or even by their grandfather or uncle.
