The Struggles of a Daily Commuter

Have you encountered the struggles and hassle of everyday commute? Whether riding a jeepney, van, bus or train?
Here are some things that you can relate to on your everyday commute going to work:
Waiting In Vain
It’s already 7 in the morning and you’re running late and the curse of rush hours were laid unto you.
It’s the time when the ‘supply’ and ‘demand’ fails to meet halfway. In layman’s term, there are just too many commuters but the number of PUVs are so few.
So you end up playing the waiting game for who knows when.
Traffic is Forever
When all hell breaks loose.
You know you’re dead when you’re in it. There’s no going back from here, boy.
Love is not forever, but traffic is.
The Hair Commercial Model
When your seatmate is silently saying “Eat my hair and enjoy it”.
Nobody likes it when someone’s hair is all over your face. She’s just lucky you’re that patient enough not to pull her dang hair.
The Red Light of Death
Spell L-A-T-E. When you thought you’ll make it but you’re not.
It’s all because of the red stop lights with 180 seconds timer.
Curse you ‘3 minutes of temporary death’.
#OPERATION
When you hear the word ‘operation’, start saying your prayers because you’re going to need it.
It’s twice of ‘The Horror of Rush Hours’. No vans or even jeepneys because of the LGU’s operation to stop the colorum transpo vehicles.
The Fast and The Furious
Ever ride those really fast jeepneys? Those jeeps that feels like they’re sports car racing in the streets. It’s like Fast and the Furious in the REAL LIFE.
Do these drivers even know where the brakes are?
Commute-Work-Commute-Sleep-Repeat
This one’s on point. This actually sums up our work life.
It even came to the point where our travel time is longer than our work shift. Sad, right?
