CAVITEX is set to raise its toll rates beginning August 21

  • Starting August 21, the Manila-Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) will be introducing increased toll rates for all vehicle categories, impacting travelers commuting between Seaside and Zapote, as well as those journeying from Zapote to Kawit.

    The adjustment in toll rates has been approved by the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) of the Department of Transportation, and it will take effect as scheduled.

    At the Parañaque Toll Plaza, motorists traveling from MIAA Exit to Longos, Bacoor (Seaside to Zapote) and vice versa would be charged the following rates:

     

    Class 1: P33 to P35

    Class 2: P67 to P70

    Class 3: P100 to P104

     

    At the Kawit Toll Plaza, motorists traveling from Longos, Bacoor to Kawit (Zapote to Kawit) and vice versa would pay the following rates:

     

    Class 1: P64 to P73

    Class 2: P129 to P146

    Class 3: P194 to P219

     

    The most recent toll rate hike for the Seaside to Zapote stretch of the expressway occurred on May 12, 2022, whereas toll charges for the Zapote to Kawit section were last modified on May 1, 2011.
