‘See You Again’ earns title of most watched Youtube video; ousts Psy’s ‘Gangnam Style’

  Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa’s Furious 7 ballad ‘See You Again’ has ousted Psy’s ‘Gangnam Style’ the title of most watched Youtube video according to Billboard.

  Five years ago, Psy set a record for his music video ‘Gangnam Style’ after becoming the first to reach one billion views, but as of yesterday, Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa’s ‘See You Again’ has already topped the Korean singer with 2,896,229,422 views.

  Puth took to Twitter to express his reaction about the news:

  For the record, I joined @YouTube in 2007 hoping to make a video that would reach 10,000 views. Just heard about See You Again…wow.
