Alisah Bonaobra eliminated in ‘X Factor UK’

  22-year-old Filipina singer Alisah Bonaobra has been eliminated in ‘The X Factor UK’ according to ABS-CBN.

  During the judges’ house performance, the young singer performed Sam Smith’s ‘Lay Me Down’ in front of Sharon Osbourne and her children, Jack and Kelly.

  Bonaobra left Sharon in awe but still failed to win a spot in Osbourne’s final three wherein she picked Gracie Davis over the Filipina singer.

  “You have the most amazing voice. I know you really need this and you really want it. But I feel that you’re kind of very one dimensional. Your power ballads, and even though that’s fantastic, I want to see other sides of you,” Osbourne told Bonaobra.

  Alisah was staved off elimination for two times. The first was during the audition stage when she performed Celine Dion’s ‘All By Myself’. The second was on the Six Chair Challenge where she battled head to head with Rae Elle Williams and Scarlet Lee.
