Demi Lovato discharged from hospital; enters rehab facility

  Demi Lovato was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA following an overdose last July 24 at her house in Hollywood Hills, People confirms.

  A statement was released by her publicist saying that she is ‘awake with her family.’ Her family also wants to express gratitude to everyone for all the prayers and love that goes out to Demi.

  According to TMZ, Demi is now getting treatment in a rehabilitation facility outside California and she will stay there for a period of time. The rehab center is believed to become one of the United States’ leading facilities for addiction.

  On the other hand, Demi’s team is planning to eliminate all ‘toxic friends’ that lead her to addiction while ensuring that she is only surrounded by positivity. She was also given a new mobile number to avoid negative communications.
