John Legend is now joining the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Legal Defense and Educational Fund Inc. on expressing their protest against the confirmation of US Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
In a newest ad produced by the NAACP-LDEI released on Wednesday, Legend explained his remorse for the reason that Kavanaugh is “unfit” to be in the SC.
“Brett Kavanaugh’s troubling views on the issues that matter most and his rushed confirmation process make him unfit for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court.” Legend said.
Allegedly, Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted a high school student in the ’80s.
