  Madonna reveals that her next album is going to be released in 2019.

  In an interview with WWD, the pop icon discloses that she is recently finishing all recordings to meet next year’s release. “Yep, in between rose mist spray and serums, I’m actually making music. Can’t quit my day job,” she added.

  Billboard writer expressed her excitement on the upcoming album of the “Queen” but wants to see a different Madonna album this time. The writer noted that Madonna’s album must devoid technical wizardry so that it may not affect her voice. Another factors pointed out are the numbers of producers, and the European influence of the album. She is hoping of no ‘features’ and a return to upbeat and escapist pop in the album.

  This unknown album will be the Queen of Pop’s 14th album and first since 2015.
