Pop star Taylor Swift will open the 2018 American Music Awards as reported on Billboard.
The singer announced it on Tuesday (October 2) on ABS’s Good Morning America. And according to the singer, this is her first award show performance in nearly three years. She will be performing “I Did Something Bad” from her Reputation album.
Taylor Swift, a 19-time AMA winner will compete for the artist of the year alongside Drake, Ed Sheeran, Imagine Dragons and Post Malone.
The show will also feature Panic! At The Disco who will pay tribute to Queen with a performance of the rock band’s iconic hit “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
Other performers like Benny Blanco, Halsey, Khalid, Mariah Carey, Ciara, Missy Elliot will be there. First-time AMA nominees like Dua Lipa and Cardi B will also join them.
