Demi Lovato is 90 days sober, according to her mother, Dianna De La Garza.
In an interview on Maria Menounos’ SiriusXM show, De La Garza confirmed that Lovato has reached 90 days of sobriety.
The pop singer has been staying in rehab after being hospitalized in July because of drug overdose.
“I couldn’t be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it’s work. It’s very hard. It’s not easy, and there are no shortcuts,” De La Garza added.
Lovato’s mother once again recounted her experience when she found out about her daughter’s overdose.
