Westlife drops first single after eight years

  Popular Irish group Westlife is set to gift their fans with a new album later this year according to ABS-CBN News.

  After announcing their comeback to the music scene last year, they released their first single in eight years titled “Hello My Love last January 10. It was co-written by Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac.

  The new single garnered more than 5 million views. Some netizens even expressed how long they have waited for the band to come up with a new song.

  The band will be around the UK and Ireland for their “The Twenty Tour.” This is a first for the group in seven years.

  They will be performing their old hits including “Flying Without Wings,” You Raise Me Up,” and their brand new songs as well.

  The band is composed of Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, Mark Feehily and Kian Egan.
