Blackpink dethrones Ariana Grande’s ‘Thank U, Next!’ on YouTube

  K-pop girl group Blackpink just dethroned Ariana Grande’s internet-breaking “Thank U, Next!” video.

  YouTube has revealed that BLACKPINK’s “Kill This Love” has officially broken Ariana Grande’s “thank u, next” (55.4M) record for most viewed music video in 24 hours of ALL TIME (56.7M).

  According to MYX.ph, Blackpink’s “Kill This Love” reached 56.7 million views in 24 hours while Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next” premiered with 55.4 million views.

  Blackpink set an all time record for the biggest YouTube Premiere with over 979,000 peak concurrents according to the YouTube representative.
