After her catalog was purchased by music manager Scooter Braun, Taylor Swift is now planning to re-record her songs’ masters.
Swift made this statement in an interview in “CBS Sunday Morning.” When asked by a reporter about her plans, she affirms her plans in order that new versions will be owned by her.
“Yeah absolutely!” Swift replied.
In June 2019, the Ithaca Holdings of Braun acquired Big Machine Label Group which was the source of Swifts first six albums where 2008’s “Fearless” and 2014’s “1989” belong.
