Meghan Trainor to release new cover

  Meghan Trainor will be releasing the cover for “I’ll be There for You” this coming September 22 on iHeart Radio’s Z100.

  This is a rendition of Trainor of 1995 hit of the Rembrandts’ “Friends” which was debuted 25 years ago.

  “I’ve seen every episode multiple times now. I can’t believe they even thought of me to sing this cover. It was a dream come true. I hope I make [the Rembrandts] proud. Because they’re the ones that wrote this beautiful song and they’re legends,” Trainor said.

  She described the song as “dream come true” for she is a self-proclaimed diehard fan of “Friends.”
