  OPM singer Ebe Dancel looks back to his roots, Sugarfree as they celebrate its 20^th anniversary.

  According to MYX, Ebe Dancel is planning to cook up a huge event to commemorate the milestone of the band.

  It was 20 years ago today. Sugarfree’s first show was August 28,1999. Posting this to thank everyone who allowed me to dream and share my thoughts with the world. To Mitch, Jal, Kaka, and all the great musicians who joined us along the way, i am grateful for you. To the fans, you have changed our lives forever. I hope i make you proud every day. The band is gone, but the music plays on.

  Sugarfree is the band behind the hit songs “Hari Ng Sablay,” “Prom,” and “Kung Ayaw Mo Na Sa Akin.”

  According to Ebe Dancel, the band might be gone but the music plays on.
