Warner Music downplays Atlantic Records UK President exit rumors

  Warner Music breaks their silence about the rumors that Stormzy influenced the abrupt exit of Atlantic Records U.K. president Ben Cook.

  “No artists were involved in our decision-making,” Warner exclaimed. The label insisted that it’s not true.

  Cook was believed to exit the frontline Warner label over the “offensive” and “terrible” mistake he has done seven years ago where he went a party dressed like a member of Run-M.D.C.

  It was 2018 when Warner bosses disciplined Cook because of the incident but soon decided to resign after allegations against him and the label persist.
