The longest-running Abba tribute show entitled “Abbamania” is set for a five-night show in the Philippines this February for Valentines season.
This tribute show is composed of the vocalists Ewa Scott, Kirsty McConnell, Mhairi Wilson and Sharn Fehlberg with musicians Adam Robertson, Lewis Cunningham, Richard Smeaton and Steven Galert.
The “Abbamania” hopes to make fans experience the real Abba live, “what it would be like to experience Abba live in concert,” they said.
The five-day concert will be staged on February 11 and 12 at the New Frontier Theater in Cubao, Quezon City. Next will be on February 13 at the Aquino Center and Museum in Tarlac. Then, another show at The Theatre at Solaire on February 14. The last will be on February 15 at the LausGroup Event enter in San Fernando, Pampanga.
“Abbamania” tour was started in 1999 showcasing the hits of the nostalgic group Abba like “Chiquitita,” “Dancing Queen,” and “The Winner Takes It All.”
