Wency Cornejo admits battling with rare nerve condition

OPM icon Wency Cornejo appeared to a media event for an upcoming concert entitled “Playlist 2: The Best of OPM” and admitted the condition he is currently battling with.
He is seen having some difficulty in speaking, the left part of his and mouth slightly drooped. “Maybe you’re wondering why I’m talking like this—I have Bell’s palsy right now,” 53-year-old Cornejo revealed.
Bell’s Palsy is characterized as the temporary weakness and almost paralysis of the muscles in the face.
Cornejo is hoping that he will be healed in few weeks that he can perform on the said concert, “I’m getting better. And I’m hoping that the universe gifts me with healing.”
