Katy Perry releases “Daisies” music video

• Pop star Katy Perry has released the most-awaited single entitled “Daisies” and its music video.

  Featured herself in the music video, Perry sang in the midst of a garden of yellow daisies and gave a glimpse of her baby bump in the middle of water and rocky falls. It was uploaded on her YouTube channel today, May 15.

  “I wrote this song a [couple of] months ago as a call to remain true to the course you’ve set for yourself, regardless of what others may think,” Perry said describing the story behind the creation of the song.

  “Recently, it has taken a new meaning for me, in light of what the whole world is experiencing. Each of us is one in more than seven billion, with our own story of strength and resilience to tell,” she added.

  Katy Perry is now engaged to Orlando Bloom and is expecting their first child.
