Mayonnaise jams with Yam Concepcion

• The rock and OPM band Mayonnaise and actress Yam Concepcion collaborate and cover Foo Fighters’ hit entitled “Big Me” amid the quarantine.

  The cover for the hit was released on May 28 on the official YouTube channel of Mayonnaise. The band have constantly posted song covers for ther “#TBT” series.

  Mayonnaise said in the video, “Naisipan namin na ito ang tugtugin dahil isa sa mga paborito naming banda ang Foo Fighters… Isa pang trivia, ito ang unang kantang tinugtog namin nung 1996 nung tumugtog kami sa Freshmen-Senior Dance namin.”

  “For this episode, ang kasama namin ay ang kaibigan namin na kaka-birthday lang na hindi lang artista kundi isa ring drummer mula sa bandang Ursaminor na si Yam Concepcion,” the band added.

  The band’s frontman Monty Macalino worked on vocals, guitar and bass while Concepcion on the drum set.
