Three months into quarantine and a lot has already changed in everyone’s lives. It changed your daily routine, your grocery shopping list, your priorities, almost everything has changed.

People managed to adapt to the new normal. Knowing there is a pandemic, everyone has no choice but to adapt just to survive. The virus won’t adjust to everyone’s comfort, so people are left with little to no choice.

    Work from Home

No more daily commute or at least we are living in a skeletal workforce arrangement. Everyone must get used to the work-from-home set up and they have no choice but to adjust. Some are comfortable with this set up since you are working in your comfort zone, but most workers find themselves productive at the office. What choices do you have?

    Pasabuys

Can’t go out of your house for your daily cravings? Pasabuy services are here to the rescue! Fortunately, patronizing pasabuy services are not only satisfying your cravings but also helping those who are in a “no work, no pay” bracket. Many of them turned into delivery services or pasabuys to still earn despite having no work during the pandemic. They brave the pandemic and the scorching heat of the sun to get you your cravings and needs and earn on the side as well. These are riders are considered as frontliners, too, for they work hard in this pandemic to provide services to everyone.

Cycling as a mode of Transportation

Since public transportation are still not operating on its full capacity, commuters have no choice but to choose a more convenient mode of transportation for them to get to their work or just simply move around the city. Cycling observes social distancing, cheap, and eco-friendly.  Always remember that when you are cycling around the city, always protect yourself by wearing a helmet and by always hydrating yourself.

    Online Selling

Filipinos won’t let the pandemic stop them from finding a decent means to earn money to put food on the table. Since everyone’s bound to stay inside their homes, business-minded people see this as a great opportunity to start online selling. From pandemic essentials like facemasks, alcohol, to home-cooked meals, everything’s for sale now. It’s not just small businesses who venture into these sorts but also big companies so they can cope with the current situation of the country.

    Face mask and Face shield

Yes. You’ve read it right. Without the vaccine, you can’t expect people to be lax. Wearing a mask and face shield is now a must. Either you stay fashionable but compromise your health or just follow the safety guidelines to make sure that you don’t contact the virus or pass it on to your family. There are now different styles of face masks and face shields to choose from. Remember that it is better to be safe than sorry.

    Online Dating

This whole community quarantine has put your social life to stop. You can’t bond with your friends, you can’t go out on a date with your partner, and you can’t celebrate special occasions with your family and friends. With this, people tend to take things online from virtual meetings, birthday celebrations, gender reveals, and even online dating. People are already using dating apps even before this pandemic but now that we are under quarantine, there is no other way to meet new people but to try online dating. There is nothing wrong with that as long as you keep yourself safe from catfishing.
