Jim Paredes holds online concert for communities in need

  Veteran musician Jim Paredes has performed in an online concert fundraiser by the global environmental movement World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) Philippines, June 20, Saturday.

  The fundraiser was launched as #Conservatunes concert series in the month of May to respond in the biodiversity week promoting environmental conservation and helping out communities in rural areas.

  “Doing an online fundraiser from my home for two little fishing towns in Palawan who don’t have access to fresh water,” the former member of the APO Hiking Society said.

  Numerous artists also participated for the cause, namely Brisom, Lunar Lights, Toma Cayabyab, Janine Teñoso, Bea Lorenzo, Johnoy Danao, Hazel Faith, and Zephanie Dimaranan.
