Taylor Swift has spoken about her album titled ‘Red’ and revealed that it was her only breakup album, October 28, Wednesday.
Her recollections on her fourth album was made in a feature by Rolling Stone. She described the album as “like none of her albums before or since.”
“I look back on this as my true breakup album, every other album has flickers of different things. But this was an album that I wrote specifically about pure, absolute, to the core, heartbreak,” Swift said.
Released in 2012, ‘Red’ garnered 1.21 million sales on its first week and finished the same year as the second best-selling album. It became a chart leader in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
