Daryl Ong admits feeling pressured to keep pace with young artists

OPM singer Daryl Ong has admitted that he is pressured on how to keep up with younger generation of music artists, January 25, Monday.
In a video conference of viva Records where he was introduced as newest talent, Ong related, “Yes, I have to keep up. But more than that, I’m excited to work with new artists. My other other dream is to be a record producer.”
“It’s great to see young talents who are already doing stuff I only learned in my mid-20s. The pool of music artists I can now work with has expanded.” He added.
Ong also admitted that he is looking forward to collaborate with Sarah Geronimo. He also wanted to come up with an original material this year. “I wasn’t as aggressive as a songwriter. Now I want to challenge myself.”
