Hey Ginny & Georgia, 2010 called and it wants its lazy, deeply sexist joke back. How about we stop degrading hard working women by defining this horse shit as FuNnY. Also, @netflix after Miss Americana this outfit doesn’t look cute on you 💔 Happy Women’s History Month I guess pic.twitter.com/2X0jEOXIWp

Pop star Taylor Swift has lambasted Netflix’s original series ‘Ginny and Georgia’ over lazy and sexist remarks about her, March 1, Monday.
Swift used her Twitter account to express dismay over the series. “Hey Ginny & Georgia, 2010 called and it wants its lazy, deeply sexist joke back. How about we stop degrading hard working women by defining this horse shit as FuNnY.” She wrote while sharing a black screen capture of subtitles from Netflix.
Swift was referring about a particular episode when Ginny Miller (Antonia Gentry) and her mom, Georgia (Brianne Howey), get into a discussion about Ginny’s boyfriend Hunter. With the mother’s assuming that there’s a break up, annoyed Ginny answered, “What do you care? You go through men faster than Taylor Swift.”
The singer also took swipe against Netflix and said, “Also, @netflix after Miss Americana this outfit doesn’t look cute on you Happy Women’s History Month I guess.”
