BTS’ ‘Dynamite’ reaches 1 billion YouTube views

• The hit track of the Korean pop group BTS entitled ‘Dynamite’ has reached one billion views on YouTube, April 12, Monday.

  The billion mark made the group fastest in the K-pop to achieve that feat. ‘Dynamite’ is the group’s third music achieving milestone after hit tracks ‘DNA’ and ‘Boy with Luv.’

  ‘Dynamite’ also holds the record of fastest video in virality after reaching 101.1 million views after its first-day debut. The Guinness World Records also confirmed that the track also holds the record for most simultaneous viewers for a music video on YouTube Premieres after tallying over 2 million viewers.

  ‘Dynamite’s’ official music video was premiered on August 21, 2020. As of this writing it has 1,010,088,606 views on YouTube.
