In case you missed it, the first teaser of the late Jukebox King Victor Wood’s biopic was already out, March 10, Wednesday.
“I’m happy and thankful. I hope my fans see the movie (his biopic) because they’re part of my journey. They’re part of my life. They’re the reason I became ‘Jukebox King.’ If it weren’t for them, there would be no Victor Wood,” the late singer said in an interviews with Eagle Broadcasting Company in October 2020.
‘Jukebox King: The Life Story of Victor Wood’ has been announced last year and its teaser uploaded in YouTube has 36,824 views as of this writing. The biopic is produced by EBC Films and Martin Escudero stars as Victor Wood.
Victor Wood was made popular by his covers of 1970’s rock ’n’ roll hits like, ‘Jenny Jenny,’ and ‘Good Golly Miss Molly,’ and his version of Bobby Vinton’s ‘Mr. Lonely’ and Engelbert Humperdinck’s ‘Eternally.’ He died of COVID-19 complications last April 23, 2021.
