Catriona Gray to release own version of ‘Raise Your Flag’

  Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray is set to release her own version of the song entitled ‘Raise Your Flag’ on May 28, Friday.

  On her Instagram account, Gray has dropped a snippet of her rendition of the song. “I’m so proud to finally be releasing #RYF – a song and personal anthem of mine. The message of this song has always meant more than raising our country’s flag on a universal stage – it’s about feeling that your dreams are VALID, that your voice MATTERS and that life is best lived when it’s lived for OTHERS,” she wrote.

  “For the ones who think they can’t get somewhere. For the ones who think no one believes in them. For the ones who feel like giving up. Streaming on all music platforms 05.28.21.” Gray added.

  “Raise Your Flag” was originally performed by singer KZ Tandingan and rapper Kritiko in 2019 as a tribute to Gray after winning the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.
