Ely Buendia now reveals that Eraserheads’ song ‘Minsan’ was not about the band, May 27, Tuesday.
On his Twitter account, Buendia somehow ranted about the recent episode of podcast “Wake up with Jim and Saab,” where re revealed that Eraserheads members were never friends.
“Big deal, still? Why hate on people who want to tell the truth? I didn’t ask to be interviewed, nanahimik na nga ko dito eh living a happy life kayo yung makulit about the eheads. The music is all that matters, have you forgotten about that, and who wrote most of it?????just sayin.” Buendia tweeted.
“That song is actually about my actual friends — the friends that was with me during my stay at Kalayaan. So it wasn’t about the Eraserheads. It was about my friends,” he revealed.
‘Minsan’ is the sophomore release of ’90s band Eraserheads in 1994. In March, Buendia also declared that ‘Spoliarium’ song’s meaning is just ‘really mundane.’
