OPM icon Ely Buendia has encouraged fans to register and vote in the upcoming 2022 national elections, September 30, Thursday.
On his Twitter account, Buendia took advantage of telling the public to choose love and freedom over hate and repression. “Don’t let anyone tell you you have no right to choose what’s best for you, your family or your nation. Don’t let anyone bully you into accepting their own ideology, that’s what dictators do,” he said.
“Choose love and freedom, not hate and repression. We can make a difference REGISTER NOW,” former Eraserheads frontman concluded.
Recently, Buendia was asked about the possibility of an Eraserheads reunion. He tweeted, “‘Pag tumakbo si Leni.”

The Commission on Elections has recently extended the voter’s registration nationwide from October 9 to 31 amid the beginning of filing of candidacy of politicians.
