ICYMI: Ice Seguerra releases new track ‘Wag Kang Aalis’

• OPM artist Ice Seguerra has released his newest track entitled, ‘‘Wag Kang Aalis,’ October 10, Sunday.

  The release of the new song marked the World Mental Health Day. In its lyric video, the message has been loud and clear about supporting those who struggle in times of self-crisis: “‘Wag kang aalis. Diyan ka lang muna sa’king tabi. ‘Wag mong iiwan. Kailangan kita, nais malaman na ikaw ang karamay at sa iyo’y mahalaga.”

  On his Instagram account, Seguerra shared that the song is personal to him. “Sobrang personal nitong kanta na ‘to sa akin. Nasulat ko ‘to during one of my low moments. As a depressive person, minsan ang hirap sabihin nang mga nararamdaman ko especially at that moment when I need help the most. This song is about that,” he said.

  “I hope this song can bring comfort to all of you,” Seguerra concluded.

  ‘Wag Kang Aalis’ is now available on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon, and Deezer.
